DROPPE Raw Silkweed honey

Silkweed honey is a medium-intense yellow or golden coloured honey with a juicy, characteristically spicy taste, a particularly fragrant and long-lasting liquid texture.
This honey is also special because you'll detect a hint of vanilla flavor when you taste it. This is a typical Hungarian honey, in fact, a Hungaricum, as the silkweed could be found in large areas of Europe only in our country!
By the way, this wild plant was brought to Hungary from North America in the 19th century, and it took some time for people to realize that the flowers of the huge, purple spherical "weed" give a magnificent taste of honey.
People allergic to pollen could also consume it. Antioxidant, blood pressure lowering, immune boosting.
An excellent choice for tea, coffee, raw food, marinade, yogurt, muesli, smoothies, waffles, pancakes or eaten on its own.
