Droppe Silkweed honey has a distinctive strong, sweet aromatic flavour with a hint of vanilla. It remains liquid for a long period of time and starts to crystallize quite slow. Silkweed honey as a special Hungarian variety has gained a reputation among allergy sufferers since it does not contain any pollen.
